Returns

For online orders, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Soaps & Skincare

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed soaps and skincare products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Wax Melts & Room Sprays

Unused wax melts and room sprays may be returned under the applicable cancellation rules. Please contact us before returning any product that has leaked, been damaged or is unsafe.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal consumer rights.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received, any refund due will normally be processed within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Customers returning an item because they have changed their mind are generally responsible for return postage.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
